Complimentary Shipping

Colissimo shipping is complimentary across all of Europe, with no minimum purchase. In France, you may also choose Chronopost, complimentary on orders over €250, or DHL, complimentary on orders over €500. Outside Europe, orders are shipped via DHL, with complimentary delivery on orders over €500. Your order will be carefully presented in our signature gift box.

Delivery Times

• France: 2-3 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through our website or the courier's tracking portal.
